Sleepwise.ai is for accommodation owners who want to accept direct bookings and be discoverable by both human travellers and AI booking agents. It suits B&Bs, vacation rentals, guesthouses, and small hotels that want a simple booking platform with a property landing page and availability calendar.

Your property data (accommodations, unit types, availability, and rates) is exposed in a structured way so that AI booking agents can discover you, check availability, and submit booking requests. Guests may find and book your rooms through AI assistants and travel apps, not only via your website.

Sleepwise.ai is launching June 1st, 2026. Early access signups are available via the waitlist on the homepage.

Register an account, create or join an organisation (account), and add your first accommodation. New accounts get a free trial automatically. After the trial you can choose a paid plan (Supersmall, Medium, or Large) to continue.

The free trial is 30 days. During the trial you have full access to the platform: add accommodations, set up unit types and units, configure rate plans and pricing, accept bookings, and manage customers. When the trial ends you’ll need to subscribe to a paid plan to keep using Sleepwise.ai.

Yes. One account (organisation) can contain multiple accommodations. Plan limits apply: Supersmall is for one room or house, Medium for up to 10 rooms, and Large for unlimited rooms.

Yes. You can invite other users to your account so they can help manage accommodations, bookings, and customers. Access is managed per account.

- Accommodation — The property or business (e.g. “Holiday House by the Lake”). It has one public landing page, address, and settings.
- Unit type — A bookable product (e.g. “Double room”, “Entire cottage”). You define capacity, rate plans, and pricing per unit type.
- Unit — A specific bookable instance (e.g. “Room 1”, “Cottage A”). Units are linked to a unit type; availability and assignments are tracked per unit.

You set the currency per accommodation. Common currencies (e.g. EUR, USD, GBP) are supported; exact list may depend on your account region. Check the accommodation settings when creating or editing a property.

Guests complete the booking flow on your property page. Payments are not handled via sleepwise.ai for now.

- Your property page — Guests search availability and complete the booking form at

Booking behaviour (instant confirmation vs. request-to-book) depends on your configuration. Where request-to-book is used, you can accept or decline from the dashboard. For instant booking, the reservation is confirmed when the guest completes the flow.

Guest data (name, email, etc.) is stored in your Sleepwise.ai account under Customers and is linked to the relevant bookings. We process it in line with our Privacy Policy. You can export or manage customer data from the dashboard. Do not use guest data for marketing unless you have consent and comply with applicable law.

- Supersmall — One room or house: €7/month (or €5/month when billed annually). Includes property landing page, availability calendar, and AI agent readiness.
- Medium — Up to 10 rooms: €12/month (or €9/month when billed annually). Same features at larger scale.
- Large — Unlimited rooms, advanced analytics, API access, custom branding, priority support. Pricing on request; marked “Coming soon” at launch.
All listed plans are currently “Coming soon”; exact availability and pricing apply from launch (June 1st, 2026).

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe (card). You can pay monthly or annually; annual billing gives a discount. Add or update your payment method in Account settings → Billing.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade according to the options in your dashboard. When you change plan, billing is adjusted as per our billing logic (e.g. proration). Check the billing section in the app for the exact behaviour.

AI booking agents are software (e.g. chatbots, travel assistants, voice apps) that help users find and book accommodation. Sleepwise.ai exposes structured data and APIs so these agents can discover your property, check availability and rates, and create bookings on behalf of guests.

No. Once your accommodation, unit types, and rates are set up, your listing is available for AI agents that integrate with Sleepwise.ai. Keeping availability and prices up to date improves results for both humans and agents.

Sleepwise.ai works in modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop and mobile. The dashboard is a web app; there is no separate native mobile app. For the best experience use a supported, up-to-date browser.

There is no dedicated mobile app for now. The site and dashboard are responsive and can be used on phones and tablets via the browser.

Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are linked in the footer of the website. For each accommodation you can also expose links to terms and privacy on the public property page (e.g.
/your-slug/termsand/your-slug/privacy). -
Plan limits are based on the number of rooms/units (Supersmall: 1, Medium: up to 10, Large: unlimited). There are no separate per-plan limits on the number of bookings or guests; you can accept as many as your capacity and availability allow.

When the 30-day trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to keep using Sleepwise.ai. You’ll see a trial-expired page and get email notifications before and after expiry. Your data is retained; after subscribing you can continue where you left off.
